Hi, I'm Ash, and I am a person-centred and relational psychotherapist.My wish is to co-create a supportive and trusting relationship with you, where you feel safe and supported enough to explore whatever may be going on for you at this time.I take a trauma-informed, experiential, and emotionally-focussed approach to working with clients, and am open to working with the embodied, creative and transpersonal dimensions of life, if this is something that calls to you.
Offering
Face-to-face and online counselling and psychotherapy from Dublin city centre.Campfire and forest-based counselling, in the Glenmalure Valley, County Wicklow.The cost of a 50 minute session is 80 euro.
Accreditation
I have a MSc in integrative counselling and psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute in Dublin, accredited by University College Cork, and hold Irish, UK, and European accreditations (IACP, BACP, ECP).
