Welcome
Hi, I’m Ash.As a heart-led, relational, and person-centred psychotherapist, I work with adults to explore and embrace themselves, so that they may be free to choose a life that reflects their desires, needs, values, and their wholeness. This may include looking at the past, patterns (of thinking, feeling, relating), our relationships with self and other, our beliefs, and the stories we tell ourselves. My hope is for us to co-create a supportive, curious, and trusting relationship, where we might explore whatever may be going on for you at this time.I take a trauma-informed, person-centred, and emotion-focused approach to counselling and psychotherapy, working in a way that honours the whole of who you are.
